DPR Current test harness $25
Proper tuning of a CIS-E or a CIS-Motronic VW includes adjustment of the Differential
Pressure Regulator (DPR) current. This is in effect a means of calibrating the O2 sensor
to the ECU. If the adjustment is off, the corrections that the ECU makes to changes in
O2 sensor output are incorrect, and cause unsteady idle and stalling at intersections.
The adjustment is made using an ammeter and requires a test harness to be able to
connect the meter into the circuit. The DPR test harness and your ammeter allow you to
follow your Bentley manual's procedure to adjust the idle and mixture.

Fuel Enrichment Relay Kit $65
For CIS-E injected cars ONLY, 1985-1989. The system does not provide enough fuel at
wide-open throttle and high RPM. A lean condition sets in around 4000 RPM and above.
This kit will richen the mixture at full throttle to help alleviate theis condition. This will
boost horsepower and torque aswell as prevent detonation at high RPM. It is turned on
by the full-throttle microswitch on the throttle body and is completely out of the circuit
in normal conditions, so there is no effect on gas mileage when it is not in use. The
increase in power depends on how well the engine breathes. The 2.0 16V motor with
mods will show the highest gains. A stock 8V motor will only gain a few horsepower.
Absolutely the biggest horsepower bargain you'll find. This kit has an adjustable
resistance mounted on the relay socket.

Remote Fuel Enrichment Relay Kit $85
The remote kit has the adjustment separate on a long cable so you can mount it on the
dash.
